Who Do I Work With?

My ideal clients are… both male and females aged 25-45 who are looking to improve their body composition, strength, and overall well-being by adopting a healthier, sustainable diet and a proper exercise regimen. I am more than willing, however to work with any healthy individual, over the age of 18, who is looking to lose weight.

Communication: Contact & Weekly Check-in Information

Contact Schedule:

Each Monday: Will be a check-in day to go over questions, concerns, progress, etc. This will be our main day to communicate and go over everything regarding your plan and programming thoroughly.

Every Thursday: You will have the opportunity to contact me through email asking any and all questions you may have.

Weekends: I will do my best to answer any immediate questions or concerns, however, weekends are my time off of work to rest and spend time with my son.

Weekly Check-in Overview

– Progress– We will go over your progress both in regards to body stats and plan implementation.

Diet Change Questionnaire-We will go over your diet change questionnaire form, specifically on Monday but you can do this every few days to keep accountable/focused as well.

Questions and concerns– Weekly check-ins are the time for more specific and immediate questions and concerns.

Issues or problems with program– Similar to questions and concerns but more specific to your actual workout plan. If there are any issues or problems you are having within the plan that you feel could hinder your success, this would be the time we can get it solved. We need to make sure everything is fit for you to be successful long-term, and if we are moving too fast or too slow we need to change things up.

– A 6 and 12 Month (After Program) Check-in: This is an extremely beneficial and effective addition to any program to ensure you are still on track, 6-12 months after our time together. Though many are able to lose weight each year, only about 20% keep that weight off!

One of the biggest issues many have is maintaining their weight loss, not necessarily losing it in the first place! It is a shame when someone achieves the weight loss they want just to gain it all back within the first year. Hopefully, throughout the program you gained the knowledge, understanding and skills you need to be successful long-term, however, life happens.

If for whatever reason you find yourself slipping within that first year, you have 2 periods in which you will be held accountable. During these check-ins we can discuss why you slipped up and what we can do to get you back on track.

– An initial 30 Minute Phone Call (in place of email chat): This phone call makes our initial chat together much easier and more natural. Let’s be honest, email is not always the best way to communicate. Especially, when you are first getting to know someone. I can’t help anyone if they do not trust me nor feel comfortable with me. I believe this phone call improves both.

– Text Message Communication (replacing email communication): Some clients prefer text messaging over email because it can be easier and more natural for them to communicate (especially if they’re not used to emailing). The more efficient we can communicate the better!

– 1, 20 Minute Phone Call/Month: This is a time each month in which we can go over your main questions and concerns regarding your plan and progress. This isn’t a check-in nor is it mandatory. It is just another time each month (that we will have scheduled) in which you have the opportunity to communicate any of your issues, concerns, etc regarding your program and progress. REMEMBER, accountability and support are 2 key factors in successful behavior change.
